Irving Taylor
Professor Irving Taylor is past-President of European Society of Surgical Oncology. His main clinical interests relate to colorectal cancer and liver metastases. He is Professor of Surgery, Director of Medical Studies and Vice-Dean at University College London. He is an elected member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a medical case examiner on the fitness to practice directorate of the General Medical Council.
He has been Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of Surgical Oncology and is at present Editor of the Annals of the Royal College of Surgeons. He is the author or editor of some 29 books and has published over 600 papers in peer review journals. Professor Taylor is married with 3 daughters and has 5 grandchildren.
