The 2011 ESSO Advanced Course on HIPEC after CRS organised in Hamburg on 3-5 March gathered 32 young and experienced surgeons from 14 different countries with a view to discuss evidence-based clinical decision-making in the management of primary and secondary peritoneal cancer.  The course successfully combined theoretical sessions and "hands-on".
