Aim of the Course

This course aims at encouraging medical students to specialize in an oncology related discipline.

The programme will provide insight into all aspects of oncology with both theoretical and practical sessions.

Ideal Course Candidate

  • Medical students who have completed their fourth yer of studies at the time of the course

Educational Methods

  • Plenary lectures
  • Case study presentations
  • Daily special visits to various oncology departments
  • Daily two-hour practical sessions in small groups (labs, ward visits, etc)
  • Group project to be presented at the end of the course.

Application procedure

Participation is limited to 24 students who will be selected through a competitive application process.
