Membership payment

 

The 2012 membership fee amounts to 120 EUR. The ESSO membership fee includes the annual subscription to ESSO montly Scientific magazine: EJSO - the Journal of Surgical Oncology. ESSO members are also entitled to a significant discount on the registration rates of the ESSO biennial Congress and the joint ECCO - ESMO Congress or educational courses organised by ESSO or in partnership with other cancer organisations.

Trainees under 35 certified by a letter from the Head of their Department can benefit from a reduced rate of 60 EUR if they opt for an only online subscription to EJSO. Junior members willing to receive the printed version of the Journal are invited to pay the regular membership fee of 120 EUR.

Members from developing countries and countries with a low-economy following the classification of the World Bank are given the possibility to opt for an online only subscription to EJSO. The membership fee is hence reduced to 40 EUR. Please note that this special rate is exclusively valid for members from WB countries and for a maximum period of three years. Members from these countries willing to receive the printed version of the Journal are invited to pay the regular membership fee of 120 EUR.
