Meet The Expert Webinar-Controversies in management of Stage III melanoma & future prospects concerning adjuvant therapy

The aim of this webinar is to touch upon several hot topics in the management of stage III melanoma patients.

The educational goals of the webinar consist of gaining insight in the current adjuvant strategies in melanoma patients and the controversies which as a result have been forthcoming.

Issues addressed will deal with the need and necessity of lymph node dissections in the new adjuvant therapy era. After the webinar the participant should have an overview of the different adjuvant treatment options for stage III melanoma and its indications and be aware of current trials which are underway to broaden the indication for adjuvant treatment in melanoma.

Further Issues to be discused during the webinar include: Questions such as which stage III patients require adjuvant therapy and which patients don't? What about neoadjuvant treatment? and what is the status of adjuvant therapy in high risk stage II?

The presentation length will be a maximum of 45 minutes allowing for Q&A thereafter. The presentation format will be via PowerPoint presentation.
