Best Practices for Surgeons Treating Early HER2+ Breast Cancer: What Do You Know?
ESSO is pleased to announce a collaboration with Medscape Education in the development of 3 online activities designed for surgeons treating early HER2 + Breast Cancer wishing to enhance their knowledge in this field.
The first activity consists of a 20-question CPD accredited self-assessment survey designed to test your current knowledge, competence and attitudes. New activities will soon be added to help increase your knowledge.
The goal of this activity is to improve clinicians’ understanding of optimal surgical and systemic therapy approaches for patients with HER2-positive early breast cancer.
Upon completion of this activity, you will:
- Have increased knowledge regarding the evidence for standard-of-care neoadjuvant and adjuvant paradigms in higher-risk disease
- Have greater competence related to patient risk assessment and selection of the right neoadjuvant, surgical, and adjuvant approach
- Self-assess learning needs related to application of standard-of-care neoadjuvant, surgical, and adjuvant approaches in routine practice
