The Requirements of a Specialist Breast Center

The paper developed by the ECCO Working Group on Essential Requirements in Quality Cancer Care (ERQCC) for Breast Cancer “The requirements  of a specialist breast center” has been published in “The Breast” and is available in open access. This article is an update of the requirements of a specialist breast centre, produced by EUSOMA. To meet aspirations for comprehensive cancer control, healthcare organisations must consider the requirements in this article, paying particular attention to multidisciplinarity and patient-centred pathways from diagnosis, to treatment, to survivorship.
