The aim of this study is to provide a prospective assessment of surgical oncological values and to explore how organ preservation strategies are currently implemented in clinical practice, thereby contributing to the implementation of practice change where appropriate.

The survey is confidential and anonymous and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Responses will be analyzed in aggregate only.
At the end of the questionnaire, you will have the option to provide your contact details if you wish to be listed as a collaborator in any publication reporting the study findings. Providing contact information is entirely voluntary and will not be linked to your responses. Your input will help improve the understanding of current practice patterns in organ preservation for rectal cancer care.
