This four-week observership offers intensive, topic-focused exposure to modern breast surgical oncology practice within a high-volume European centre, with a particular focus on Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery and specifically Nipple-Sparing Mastectomy and Immediate Reconstruction.
The programme is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of clinical decision-making, multidisciplinary care, surgical indications, quality assurance, and evidence-based practice, while observing expert teams in action.

Learning Objectives
