Radar-Guided Precision Localisation: Advancing Nodal and Soft Tissue Management in Melanoma and Sarcoma

The shift toward neoadjuvant immunotherapy in metastatic melanoma and soft tissue sarcoma has changed practice, and surgeons are being asked to resect not only the tumour seen at diagnosis, but also whatever residual disease remains after a variable and sometimes complete response, while preserving healthy tissue. Radar-guided localisation for nodal disease addresses this targeting challenge, offering surgeons a reliable method for marking and retrieving a node or tumour when conventional palpation or imaging can no longer guide the surgical approach.
