Vascular resections are increasingly part of pancreatic cancer surgery, yet practice patterns vary widely. This Pancreas 2000-sponsored international survey aims to map global variations in indications and surgical strategies, and to explore how these vary according to surgeon experience and institutional volume. The results will provide valuable insights to inform future guidelines and optimise patient care.
